2024-2025 FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN
IMMEDIATE NEEDS:
As we continue moving into our new home in the Wells Street Corridor, we have a few items that we need your help with! We’ve secured the funding for the entire build-out of the space— new walls, new HVAC system, plumbing, flooring, lighting, paint, etc. We have a couple projects remaining that we can finish with your support!
QUEER LIBRARY:
As books and resources are being banned nationwide, we would like to build a Queer Library in our space that would be accessible to anyone in the community. With your help, we’ve been able to purchase bookcases and a small starter library! We would love to fill these shelves with Queer literature and resources! ESTIMATED COSTS • $3,000 for books and resources.
COSTUME SHOP & LAUNDRY ROOM:
We are so excited to share that our new space is equipped with an on-site costume shop! We just need a few pieces to finish out the space. With your help, we’ve secured a new washer and dryer! We would love to finish out our costume shop with a few critical pieces. ESTIMATED COSTS • $600 for a cutting table, $500 for a heavy-duty sewing machine & supplies, $300 for a commercial garment steamer, and $500 for storage bins & shelving.
CLASSROOM/CONFERENCE ROOM:
Another huge benefit is our new classroom and conference room work space! We would love to equip it with technology and resources to set our students up for success. With your help, we were able to purchase a new smart TV and bookshelves! We would love to finish out our classroom space with a few final pieces. ESTIMATED COSTS: $300 for a large white board, $1,500 for modular conference tables and chairs, and $5,000 for two iMac computers loaded with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite, Finale Music Notation, and other photo/video/sound editing software that will help our students with digital submissions for college auditions among other creative projects.

We need your help now more than ever. We have not been immune to the obvious challenges of the Global Pandemic. Producing musical theatre works has always been financially burdensome, but nothing matches the challenges of re-opening after a nearly two-year forced hiatus.
